About Safety and Security

All transactions processed through Cash & Carry Warehouse are safe and secure by using the Geotrust RapidSSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption standard. This will encrypt your personal and credit card information through SSL Layers, the industry standard used on the internet. It is recommended that you use an updated browser which will allow you to conduct encrypted transactions on our website. If you are not comfortable using your credit card over the internet, feel free to call us (925) 932-1414 to place an order by phone. One of our staff will be happy to assist you.

Privacy Policy
At Cash and Carry Warehouse, we are committed to protecting your privacy. All information collected is for our use only to process your order. You can be assured that we are not in the business of selling your personal information. The only sharing of your personal information is with companies working on our behalf. For example, the delivery company (UPS) and our credit card processor.

Calculate Your Shipping Cost
It's easy, you may add or delete items you wish to purchase, and continue to the "Shopping Cart" button on the top bar to view your order.
Next, you will need to fill out the bill to and ship to information.
The next step is to choose your shipping method. Once that is completed, you will see an itemized statement of your order including UPS Shipping and sales tax. (If applicable)
You may continue with your order at this time, or if you want to make changes or delete the order, simply go to the top Menu Bar and select "Shopping Cart" and delete any items you wish.


At Cash and Carry Warehouse, we strive to ship your order quickly. All orders received will be shipped by the next buisness day.
We ship UPS and offer four shipping choices to most US locations:
* UPS Ground
* 3 Day Select
* Second Day Air
* Next Day Air
All Express orders must be received by 10am Pacific Time in order to be processed for same day shipment!
Before placing an express order, it is advisable to call us to confirm current stock status for your order!

Receiving Your Order
When your order arrives, it is important to inspect all packages for damage!

We receive deliveries daily, and have found that 5 percent of our merchandise is damaged on arrival due to the carrier. When we ship your order, it leaves our warehouse in perfect condition and well packed.
We will not replace or refund any purchase for damaged goods unless the order was signed for as damaged upon delivery.
We recommend these three steps to avoid problems:
1. Inspect your package thoroughly before signing for it.
2. If there is visible damage to the packaging or product, note that with your UPS driver when you sign for delivery. You can sign for a damaged order, or refuse it.
3. If you refuse your order, please notify us within 48 hours. We will gladly reship your order when we receive the damaged order from UPS.

Minimum Order
Our Minimum Order is $14.98. This does not include shipping, handling or tax (if applicable).
Due to packing and handling costs, we must enforce this minimum.


We will notify you upon receipt of your order if there is a back-order or out of stock condition.

Return Policy

Returns or exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. A 10% re-stocking fee will apply to all regularly stocked items. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. All returns and exchanges require a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please email us at for your RAN. We will send instructions on how to return your item.
